Sorry we do NOT refund candles. We will exchange any UNLIT candles for a different fragrance once we recieve the orginal candle back and inspect it. All exchanges must be made with in 30 days of original order date. Also You will need to send me an email letting me know of your request to send it back. If You send it back with no approval no exchange will be made and we will not send the candle back to you. Buyer pays ALL shipping and handling and restocking charges for all exchanges.
